Child Safety Standards

Squado has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we uphold to keep such content and conduct off Squado, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Our commitment

Squado is operated by CreativeSocially (CVR no. 45489787, Copenhagen, Denmark). We prohibit, and act against, any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits children, including:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• grooming, solicitation, or sexual extortion of a minor;
• attempts to contact a minor for any sexual purpose;
• any other content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child.

Squado is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts created by or on behalf of anyone under 18 are removed.

How we prevent and address CSAE

• Adults only. Users confirm they are 18 or older, and the Service sets a minimum age of 18. Accounts we identify as belonging to a minor are removed.
• Reporting in the app. Every profile, event, community, and chat message can be reported from within the app, and any user can be blocked. Reports concerning child safety are treated as the highest priority.
• Action on violations. When we become aware of CSAE, we remove the content, terminate the account or accounts involved, and preserve relevant information as required by law.
• Reporting to authorities. We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, Danish and other national authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behaviour on Squado that may endanger a child, report it in the app using the report option on the relevant profile, event, community, or message, or contact us directly at [email protected]. We review child safety reports promptly.

You can also report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org, or to your local law enforcement.

Compliance

Squado complies with applicable child safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We keep these standards under review and update them as the Service and the applicable requirements evolve.
